Poetry 167: Undo Yourself

Undo Yourself

Peel back all the forms

that tell you who you

think you are.

Liberate yourself

from the

identities and labels

that the world

assigned you in this

surreal experience

we call life.

Release yourself from

the containers that

at one time may have

felt so good, but now,

now,

limit the expansive wholeness

that is our birthright.

Open yourself to the

spacious wonder of

raw, unstructured sensation,

and undo yourself.

Then, you may

drop in to the You,

before there was a you,

and the Me,

before there was a me.
